Lizeth Loya is a highly skilled licensed contractor. She is the owner of Colibri Construction LLC, where she specializes in the custom home building. With decades of experience in the home building and construction industry, she has established herself as a luxury home builder, townhome builder, remodeling expert, and project manager in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Her journey in design and construction began in 2002, when she enrolled at Doña Ana Community College in the Architectural Drafting & Technology Program. Since then, she has successfully completed numerous high-end residential and commercial projects, known for innovative designs, luxurious finishes, and exceptional craftsmanship.
