Lizeth Loya is a highly skilled licensed contractor. She is the owner of Monarca Designs LLC, where she specializes in the designs and home construction through Colibri Construction. With decades of experience in the home building and construction industry, she has established herself as a luxury home builder, townhome builder, remodeling expert, and project manager in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Her journey in design and construction began in 2002, when she enrolled at Doña Ana Community College in the Architectural Drafting & Technology Program. Since then, she has successfully completed numerous high-end residential and commercial projects, known for innovative designs, luxurious finishes, and exceptional craftsmanship. Lizeth takes pride in working closely with her clients to bring their vision to life, ensuring that each project reflects their lifestyle and unique preferences.
